Chrothane is a world filled with magic and unexpected events. This was once a world similar to Earth in every way, except that its technologies were far more advanced. After a catastrophic event which led to 90% of Chrothane's population being wiped out, the survivors reverted back to primal instincts. For a thousand years tribes of canibalistic savages wandered the world, terrorizing those who still maintained some form of civility. It wasn't until Vargoh Sinclaire, the savior of civilization and Chrothane's first vampire, did civilization resurface in the form of city-states similar to those of Ancient Grease on Earth. After Vargoh fled the world he saved to avoid the murderous nature of his new body, Chrothane began to change. Swords, axes and bows and arrows were common as the weapons of the previous age had been destroyed. New races, created by the powerful magic of the stones known as Criosis (destroyed by Vargoh to give the planet the magic which would become its life source), came into existance. These races, granted power beyond that of a normal human, began to grow in numbers so rapidly that the humans were faced with the possibility of extinction. Filled with wonders and abilities so incredible that they can hardly be believed, Chrothane Chronicles tells the story of the heroes and villains that walked the planets surface. Which will you be? A legendary warrior of light, bent on the destruction of evil. Or a minion of the goddess Malkoventuous, a devastating power fighting for either control over Chrothane or the absolute destruction of all life. The choice is yours.
