Honestly?
Like a drow Vincent Valentine. To be insane is to have a lack of understanding of what one is doing to themselves and others in their surroundings. It is a disorder of the mind that prevents remembering ones actions clearly.So if you think you are insane, such a thought is a coherent one that defines you as sane.

Heh... i used the image from the game and modified it a bit. That is the image.
