Joining in on the Message Board Roleplay is easy. With your character concept in mind, find the specific Genre that you want to game in, then browse the Topics to find a game you want to participate in. Bada bing.
If you don't find something that you like, then feel free to create a story topic of your own and get the ball rolling.
As we have not created a Category for all possible genres, if you want to start a storyline within a genre that we do not have a section for, please inform us, and we will create one straightaway. I did not create multiple sections ahead of time, as I didn't see the point of creating sections that have no use at the moment.
For the boards, your character can be fleshed out as little or as much as you'd like. Individual threads can be run primarily based on certain gaming systems, though you'll find more freeform than anything. Just feel free to ask when such a thing is in question.
There are Archives in each genre's section where you can post relevant info about your character (or NPCs, if you use any).
Its also fine to post your character info in more than one section (based on genre), if he or she happens to be a Plane and Time hopping sort (the Science Fantasy section was tailor made to this purpose).
Each thread will generally have someone acting as the Dungeonmaster/Gamesmaster/Referee (which is also generally the thread creator), so most questions concerning that specific storyline can be directed to them. Its also good form to comply with any specific instructions or ground rules said entity may enforce.
More general questions can of course be directed to either Lisa or myself.

Challenge in life is inevitable...defeat is optional.
