I have a question about the Complete series classes. Are we allowed to use them also if we make our own classes can we use them as well as long as we pass them by you first?

In most cases, one could use the classes from the Complete books. Exceptions would be something that is tailored towards a faith that is not available in the Forgotten Realms setting. Even when that happens, there's always the possibility of a "conversion", though that'd be on a case by case basis.
As for custom made classes, it's never come up before, but I'd most likely rule no, as there's too much room for abuse and for arguments to arise among players when something like that is allowed. Challenge in life is inevitable...defeat is optional.
