I want to know where I can find the resources to make an Illithid character. I have several reference
books but I dont have access to the Underdark book or the Fiend Folio.
So if anyone could assist me with this that would be awesome. Thank you for taking the time to read this. |

To be insane is to have a lack of understanding of what one is doing to themselves and others in their surroundings. It is a disorder of the mind that prevents remembering ones actions clearly.
So if you think you are insane, such a thought is a coherent one that defines you as sane.

You can make an illithid character just by using the Monster Manual. The Expanded Psionics Handbook has the information for the actual psionic illithid. If you
want more options (and a lot more detail on illithid overall), the Lords of Madness book is where to look. There are some juicy tidbits on them in the
Underdark book (prestige class, items mostly), but it's not necessary to have that book.
